In the first week back after Xmas we were able to negotiate the sale of three houses, in Hilton, Stretton and Rolleston on Dove. Well done to the team especially Charlotte who came in early to tie up a deal before the sellers school run.

Anderson Dixon have purchased the business of Hannells in Burton and Hilton. Since the original sale of Anderson Dixon in 2007 to Hannells the directors have focused their efforts on other business interest, including property development and consultancy, lettings and Nathans animal hire company which supplies animals such as reindeer, camels and horses for films, television and events.

All Hannells customers will notice a change of board and marketing material from the 9th of January 2011. Most of the Hannells team will remain in post, with the addition of Nathan and Sonia Anderson Dixon.
